Rig is first of seven rigs currently being constructed by MIS

UAE-based Maritime Industrial Services Co. Ltd. Inc. (OSE: MIS) confirms that it has received acceptance of delivery from its client, SeaWolf Oilfield Services of Nigeria, for the SeaWolf Oritsetimeyin (Hull 104) which was tendered for delivery earlier this month, thus completing this final significant contractual milestone and achievement for MIS.

The SeaWolf Oritsetimeyin is a first of class rig being the first ever Friede & Goldman Super M2 design to be delivered in the world and the first offshore jack-up drilling rig to be built in the Middle East. The rig, which is ABS class certified, is one of two rigs being built for SeaWolf Oilfield Services and the first of seven rigs currently being constructed at MIS’ yard in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
